I began making VTubers in 2021, producing both the model and rigging.I've spent over 25 years focused on costume and character design, formerly working for Twitch and Blizzard Entertainment.Now that I have some freedom, I'm opening services outside of my personal network and projects. Milestone payments are used for all my services with a small payment due up front to secure your queue position and permit me to begin work.My base rates are given for each service. Your request may range higher or sometimes lower in price based on intricacy. I try to keep to the given pricing unless a bunch of extras are requested (I don't charge loads of small fees for things like horns, ears, etc.--they're expected and included in the base rate). If you have a particular budget, even if it falls below my base rates, let me know and we can work out how to stay within it.All time estimates given are for functional work. Expect one additional week (or longer) for communication to go over the details of your request before I begin functional work, and I can give you a better completion date estimate during that process. Commissions are typically completed before the expected date. I allow some extra cushioning to make sure we don't go over your set deadline.

Character or Outfit (1+ weeks)

Includes commercial and IP rights.Creation of an original character or a fresh look for your existing one. You can provide as much detail and as many references as you like, or tell me your basic concept and I'll run with it.If you have a specific look you're going for, provide a few samples and I will do my best to produce the work in its style. I will not copy an artist and their techniques, but I can use specific proportions, colors, levels of detail, painting styles, etc.Character will be fully rendered in a casual standing pose that suits the character's personality to show off the full design and give an impression of their attitude.Pricing includes both commercial and IP rights. I will retain artist and designer credits and the ability to use the artwork for promotional purposes (portfolio, SNS, etc.).If you also need the layered work file, please double the price.

Character Sheet (1+ weeks)

For sheets made with a reference, commercial rights are included. For sheets made from my own concept, commercial and IP rights are included.Get a complete design sheet to show off your original character. Specific details can be added to characters with a reference provided. I can add vignettes of little design details by request for a small fee. Style is more cell-shaded than painterly compared to my full character design service.Standard: Full body front view of character, a portrait, and two expressions of your choice.Advanced: Front and back views, a portrait, three expressions of your choice, and a simple background.If you choose to have me create the concept of your character, commercial and IP rights are included in the price. I will retain artist and designer credits and the ability to use the artwork for promotional purposes (portfolio, SNS, etc.).If you also need the layered work file, please double the price.

Models

Full Body Art & Cut (2+ weeks)

For models made with a reference, commercial rights are included. For models made from my own concept, commercial and IP rights are included.This service is available to either have me create a cut model file for you, or to cut an existing file that you intend to use as a model.I can also modify your existing art or make changes not given on your character reference. Excessive edits to your existing file may default as a full repaint and change the rate to my own art.Standard cut: For art and separation layer counts on the lighter side. This applies to models that don't have alternate outfits, hairstyles, etc. These are your typical complete models.Advanced cut: High amount of multi-layered cuts and extra artmesh layers to add more lifelike dimension to details, advanced animating, multiple design toggle options. This can assist with more intricate rigging overall.If you have a rigger, please provide any specific requirements they have for models.A design rate of $900 (includes commercial and IP rights) is added to this service if no character reference is provided.Intricacy and significant design changes may impact the price of this service.

PNGtuber (1-2 weeks)

Includes commercial rights.Half- or full-body static images with different expressions, typically used as reactive images for streams and voice channels. These are also handy for use on schedules and other assets for your channels.Mouth open and closed are included in the service.Please add $25 for one additional expression (blush, sad, angry, etc.) or $50 per set of 4 additional expressions. The pricing includes any level of single-character detail changes between the PNGs.If you choose to have me create your character's concept, commercial and IP rights are included in the service. I will retain artist and designer credits and the ability to use the work for promotional purposes (portfolio, SNS, etc.).If you also need the layered work file, please double the price.

live2d

Complete VTuber Model & Rigging (4-6 weeks)

For models made from my own concept (custom design service), IP rights are included in the base price.If you're looking for the easy button, this is it: receive a stream-ready Live2D model in a single service (MOC3).Please be advised that intricacy will influence the pricing of this package. These are my base rates with a lot of flexibility built into them. I do NOT charge for extra details like ears, horns, etc. and only increase my base pricing based on overall complexity of the design and rig. You can always mention in your request that you want to keep things at the base rate or within a certain budget, and I'll work with you.If you would like all model work files (separated CSP, merged CSP & PSD), the total service becomes 1.5x the price. To also release the Live2D work file (CMO3), the total becomes 2x the price.

VTuber Model Rigging Only (3+ weeks)

Includes commercial rights.Model art must be pre-cut and ready to go. If minor revision to the art file is necessary, I can fix and add cuts without an extra fee or work directly with your artist.If I make revisions to the art file, I will deliver the updated file with my changes for no additional fee. To include the Live2D work file (.cmo3), the total becomes 2x the price.

I am not a furry artist and can't offer furry model creation services in good conscience because I feel my work would be inferior until I have more practice.

Please be as detailed as possible in your request. If you have references ready, attach them to your email. If you only have a loose idea and want me to pop off, that's cool too.Include your preferred and latest possible deadline dates. This should be weeks before a planned debut date to allow for minor revisions before or just after delivery.If you want to stay at the base rate for services or have a specific budget you want to stay within, please mention it in your request. I select commissions based on my ability to deliver on time, not by price.If you need something done ASAP, I take it literally. My fee for rush orders is double pricing due to the strain on myself and delays for queued clients.If you are being referred by one of my clients, please have them also email me to confirm the referral.
